The Go JH! Program
The Community Journal has established the Go JH! customer-loyalty membership program to encourage residents and visitors to explore and support local businesses.
A rapidly growing list of local businesses, ranging from ethnic restaurants, dance studios, pre-kindergarten schools, cafes, salons, and more, have agreed to offer special discounts exclusive to Community Journal loyalty card holders! Currently, there are over 35 participating merchants.
The purpose of the program is to encourage consumers to shop locally by offering customers a special discount every time you shop at a participating business. Businesses enrolled in the program experience increased customer loyalty, frequency and retention.
Get your Card!
Membership is $10 per year which provides a necessary revenue stream to the Community Journal to support additional efforts to strengthen Jackson Heights. A Go JH! membership is easy to use. Upon receiving your card, simply show it to participating merchants and ask them to apply your Go JH! discount to your bill.
To purchase your annual Community Journal Go JH! membership, fill out the attached form and send with payment to our office at 37-43 77th Street, 1st Floor, Jackson Heights, NY 11372. You can also purchase a Go JH! Membership Card online by clicking the donate button below:
Your card and a welcome packet with instructions for use will be mailed to you.
Merchant Sign-up!
Are you a business interested in participating in the program? Please let us know by e-mailing us at communityjournal@gmail.com.
There is no cost to businesses to join the program. The merchant list will be regularly updated to reflect new businesses that join the Go JH! program. You can also keep your eyes peeled for the businesses posting the Go JH! logo in their storefront windows indicating that they’re a participant.
