Importance of Supporting
We are a volunteer-run, grassroots 501 (c) 3 that relies on the financial and manpower support of friends and supporters to accomplish our valuable programming. Please consider investing in our work by donating your time, money and or expertise.

How to give (by mail, online donation)
All cash donations are tax deductable and go directly toward programming expenses. You can mail a check to our office or donate online here.

Volunteer
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. Annually our volunteers contribute over $200,000 worth of pro-bono services to our organization and those it serves. We are always looking for individuals with skills in writing, editing, graphic design,  photography event planning, fundraising, English/Spanish translation. Volunteer jobs could involve helping write or edit articles for our Community Journal newspaper, helping manage the crowds at our Film and Food Fest or translating our materials into other languages so that our neighbors can understand our work. If you’re interested in becoming part of our Community Journal family, please send us an e-mail with a bit about you, the time you can give and your interest.
